It’s spring balanced at a comfortable, waist level whether
working close to the vehicle or at its extended reach – about
ten feet.
An easy-to-attach hydrant wrench comes standard with the SpinDoctor™ and

Accurate Torque Control
Hydraulically powered variable torque control allows for precise
operation and helps to avoid costly damage to valves and
equipment. With SpinDoctor’s™ easy-to-read counter
and PSI gauges, valve exercising remains consistent and safe.
University tests have
demonstrated that the operator does not need to resist the
torque generated by the hydraulic motor of the SpinDoctor™,
thus providing a safe operation and minimizing the possible
