Fire Flow Testing
Knowing how much water your distribution system will produce is crucial to fire service and municipal planning. TrackOne™ for ValveSTAR® helps you schedule tests, enter the results, calculate and graph the output, and analyze your results over time.
Hydrant, Main & Valve Maintenance
Use TrackOne’s Work Order System to schedule maintenance.

TrackOne™ for ValveSTAR® tracks hydrant, valve and main inventory including GPS locations in a GIS-compatible database, and you can view and report on the entire maintenance history for any component.

Uni-directional Main Flushing
TrackOne™ for ValveSTAR® precalculates pitot readings required to achieve specified flushing velocities and minimizes water usage by flowing only what is necessary. The flush work order, tells which valves must be closed for uni-directional flow.
Work Order System
TrackOne’s unique Work Order System allows you to create regularly scheduled and non-scheduled work orders to be used by flow test technicians and maintenance personnel. The work order includes the exact location of the hydrant, valves and main plus all information needed to complete the task. Each procedure is saved and can be recalled for future use.

Graphs & Reports
TrackOne™ for ValveSTAR® provides graphs and reports for viewing your distribution system data. Reports are easily customized to be exactly what you require for ISO, fire service, and municipal planning. Viewing historical data can also reveal trends to help avoid problems before they begin. TrackOne™ fire flow graphs correspond with US AF form 1027, and all calculations are based on the most recent NFPA and AWWA publications.
