On the main Operation screen we show: • Actual Torque • Number of times Cycled • Revolution count • Gallons Per Minute when using the Hose Monster in Hydrant mode • Torque warning with audible alarm • Revolution warning with audible alarm • Animated illustrations of a fire hydrant, valve and the Hose Monster that change colors as they are operated to give the operator a visual indicator of when the hydrant or valve is fully opened or closed. On the first settings screen you have: • The ability to assign alpha/numeric characters in the ID field • Valve size selection • Maximum torque alarm setting • Actuator type • Revolution speed setting • Valve type selection • Maximum revolution alarm setting • Valve/Hydrant direction setting for open left or right • Setting a Gate Valve size will automatically populate the Max Revolution field x 3. This is a recommendation because the end user will never know exactly if there is 1, 2 or 3 additional revolutions required. Our system does not stop at the revolution count but a visual and audible alarm activates to show that the set number of revolutions has been achieved. Actual count is recorded. • Torque is still controlled by a feather touch ‘Potentiometer” knob that gives unlimited control over the application of torque. On the second settings screen you have: • Manufacturer selection with edit ability • Active/inactive • Deficiencies • Repairs required • Bury depth • Normal position (open/closed) • Function types for valves • Access type • Hose Monster size (in hydrant mode) • Operator ID The GPS screen will give you detailed GPS information including: Latitude / Longitude with HDOP, Elevation with VDOP, physical address, street and cross street.   If integrated with Track One, your customer will be able to upload previoiusly collected data into the ValveSTAR®. This data will automaticall populate all fields but still offers the operator to make changes in the field. Track One™ also has a work order function and a very detaled report function. Track One™ will keep track of valve and hydrant mantenance history.
