For utilities who prefer a horizontally oriented valve turner, the Spin Doctor ERB800 Valve Exerciser will perform like nothing you’ve seen before. Utilizing a rotated design of the SD400 and SD800 valve exercisers, the ERB800 valve turner retains the extensive vertical capabilities of our traditional valve exercising booms. This valve exerciser boom is ideal for providing years of dependable valve turning.
EASILY ACCESS VALVES | 0' to 13' reach and approximately 270 degree range of motion allows you to easily access numerous valves a close range with one stop. Independently locking brakes makes it simple to move and secure the boom. | ||
VERTICAL LIFT | Reach valves and hydrants that aren't perfectly aligned at street level with our hydraulically operated lift. Approximately 1' below ground level to 7' above. | ||
EXTENSIVE HEAD RANGE | Capable of 90 degrees to access valves in virtually any orientation. | ||
DATA COLLECTION CAPABILITIES | The Valve Star Option allows you to collect critical valve exercising information, and create detailed reports to assist in maintaining your water distribution system. | ||
HANDS ON OR HANDS FREE OPERATION | Hands on operation allows for the worker to feel the valve. They can feel the condition of the valve and can make a logical decision on the correct move to prevent damage to the valve
With the hands free option, operators are able to conduct valve and hydrant exercising up to 100 feet from the machine. Simply connect to the valve, and let the machine handle the rest. |
