Available in two sizes, our Pipeline Smoke Testers fit any manhole opening between 18” and 30” while providing 4,130 CFM at 3.0" WG. These smoke testing machines are best for sewer lines up to 48”. The Super Smoke Tester fits manhole openings from 24” to 30”, and provides 8,761 CFM at 3.0" WG, and is best for lines 48” and larger. Available with Briggs & Stratton engines.

TESTED SAFE LIQUID SMOKE

Our smoke testing equipment utilize ONLY laboratory-tested safe smoke. These tests not only show that the smoke used is safe, but also that it will not stain or leave any residue. This ensures that if any smoke enters a home or a business during your smoke testing, it will not leave a mess.

PATENTED SUPER HEATING MUFFLER

The patented SuperJet muffler on our smoke testing equipment heat the LiquiSmoke smoke fluid up to 950 degrees, which is well beyond the flashpoint of the liquid. This results in a virtual 100% burn that creates a denser, more cost-effective smoke.

COST EFFECTIVE

Smoke testing sewer mains and plumbing systems with LiquiSmoke smoke fluid costs cents per minute to use. If you start your smoke test and need to pause work, for example, to assist a homeowner with smoke in their home, simply close the precision valve to stop the smoke.

CAST ALUMINUM PROP

Precision balanced cast aluminum props provide years of dependable service on our sewer line ventilators and smoke testing equipment. They do not warp like plastic props will due to the heat of sitting directly under an engine.
